An interesting material which I came across rediff.com, I forget the writer's name or the date or topic on which it was posted. But the idea is same of my thinking. With the recent 26/11 terror strikes at Mumbai, and havoc of serial bomb blasts in many Indian cities like, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Bangluru etc. have terrified each and every individual citizens of the world. What exactly I felt and he says coincides with his statement……
"Though, the Government declares social security to prevent such incidents, does not follow any of such preventive measures. There are many rape cases, murders, chain snatching, robbery etc incidences, but Mostly Police & the Municipal government neglects preventive measures, OR it will be well elaborated that "Police & Municipal staff, though they are public servants, they forget that they are public servants and starts selling all these preventive measures at very cheap rates", I actually mean that corruptions & bribes just makes them blind".
It is well known that if there is any kind of irregularities, or misdeeds are being done, common men can not complaint to Municipal Authorities or Police. There should be a TOLL FREE numbers for such complaints and it should be immediately acted-on with the information provided. With instant assistance of law enforcing authorities reaching the spot, healthy ethics can be improved among the least educated citizens. Any kind of crimes can be minimized with immediate actions to the calls which become preventive measures for incidents like 26/11.
