Do Entrepreneurs Need A University Degree?

Question - "If entrepreneurs need a university?" is very relevant and very questionable. Many believe that entrepreneurship is about risk-taking and entrepreneurship, because the school is really one of them. But others argue that although education can not be 'is a factor, is equipped with entrepreneurial skills, which may make them more effective.

We have many examples of successful millionaires Dhirubhai Ambani, Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, Richard Branson, Michael Dell, Walt Disney and Steve Jobs, who felt that "the willingness to take risks" rather than a degree of bonding as as basic parameter to be an entrepreneur. Although some of the "abandonment of the position" of these great men, most of them are "dropouts choice."

Peter Thiel, founder of PayPal, is convinced that higher education does not prepare students to be successful entrepreneurs. Indeed, he offered the 20 children under 20 $ 100,000 to leave school to work on their business projects. It is estimated that out of the school gives them a chance to put their education on hold and they can continue when it suits you. He feels modern education levels are more likely to cripple a young person of the debt it is to give them the freedom and tools to continue their great ideas.

Said businessman, academic, researcher and author, Vivek Wadhwa is a different vision to pursue the dream of entrepreneurship. He believes that to build a movement, one must understand issues such as finance, marketing, intellectual property and corporate law. He says that although the original idea is important, but it's not the question of how you can take without proper training in the backup.

The time spent in college is an opportunity to cross paths with potentially thousands of people and depth of knowledge increases. It is also true that a decent college is open access to markets. On the other hand, college is expensive and time consuming. No transfer of 100 percent of university students and many years to graduate. And for a young student who is an entrepreneur at heart, the courses are offered in our traditional educational system does not matter.

However, a handful of success stories can not deny the truth that there is a myriad of drop-outs who have failed. Many believe that men are clearly exceptions to the rule and that education is key to acquiring the skills to succeed in building and character. It 'important to have a good education, but only the features that can provide decision-making and leadership are vital for young minds to be an entrepreneur. old models of higher education should be redesigned so that education and entrepreneurship go hand in hand. And when the stage of decision making just do what you feel is right, trust and stick with the decision, and you can make a difference in the world.
