Festive Fitness: Eat, Party And Stay In Shape!

Let's be honest, you do not want to miss the delicious cuisine, late night and alcohol this Christmas. And, of course, is not to overstate pounds! There are some good ways to make sure you do not gain weight (but to postpone the weight loss plan now).

The common mistake is to score a lot of parties as a whole and take time to eat all you want and make a holiday of the year, thus ending a few pounds heavier.

The key is to eat what you want just the party, wedding, party or any other is that you frequent, but watch out for food at home and deal with the exercise routine.

Exercise

If you're already on a fitness program, maintain, and a notch. For those who have not been exercising regularly, cutting 30 minutes five days a week for a brisk walk, swimming, cycling or aerobics. Then, three times a week, do a resistance workout at home (see the exercises in the following pages) and a few minutes of deep breathing and relaxation every day. Not only will you maintain your weight, but exercise will make you feel rejuvenated
